How can I avail of an AXA Leisure Break?
You simply renew your policy with AXA Insurance. Once you pay your renewal premium you will receive an AXA Policy Number which you can use to book your AXA Leisure Break. You can then use this number to book online or by phone.

Why are AXA giving this deal to their customers?
At AXA, customer satisfaction and rewarding loyalty is always a priority. We want to ensure that our customers get so much more from us than just their insurance. AXA Leisure Breaks is our way of saying thank you to customers who remain loyal to us.

How many times can I avail of this offer?
As many times as you like! Your AXA Policy/Booking Reference Number allows you to book as many breaks as you wish during your renewal year.

Can I have a list of hotels /holiday homes etc?
Because there are so many hotels and holiday homes participating on the AXA Leisure Breaks promotion, and as availability varies by date and location, we do not provide lists. The easiest way to explore your options is to go through the website www.axaleisure.ie or www.axaleisure.co.uk to view the selection of breaks available. I'm not very familiar with booking online - can I check the website and book via the AXA Leisure Breaks booking line?
The AXA Leisure Breaks website has been designed to make it easy for you to find out what's available at the time you want to take a break. You just choose an offer, select the date you wish to travel and choose from the available locations. If you are having trouble you can call our booking line and one of our agents will gladly talk you through the booking process. You can also browse what is available online and then call our booking line to book your break.

How do I pay for my AXA Leisure Break?
You can pay for your break with a valid Visa, MasterCard or Laser. In some instances we can accept Post Office payments but the booking must be made via our booking line.

What happens if I lose my AXA Policy/Booking Reference Number?
Don't worry. You can request a copy of your number online at www.axaleisure.ie or www.axaleisure.co.uk. Otherwise you can call AXA Insurance and request a copy of your number.

How many rooms/holiday homes can I book with my AXA Policy/Booking Reference Number?
Subject to availability as many as you like! What's more you can use your AXA Policy/Booking Reference Number to book your family & friends on the same break.

How soon do I have to make a booking before I want to go?
We advise that you book your break as soon as you know your location and your preferred dates of travel to ensure a wider choice of breaks are available to you. You can however, book most breaks online up to 24 hours before departure (excluding golf, spa and holiday home breaks) and for any last minute requests please contact the booking line and our agents will do their best to help you.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
If you book online, a confirmation will appear on-screen and if you provided an e-mail address and/or mobile number you will receive a booking confirmation. If you book by phone, the agent will confirm your reservation and again if you provide an e-mail address or mobile number you will receive a booking confirmation.

What are the standards of hotels /holiday homes on offer?
All hotels and holiday homes participating on the AXA Leisure Breaks promotion are 3-star or greater and are all approved by Fáilte Ireland or the Northern Ireland Tourist Board.

What room types are available in hotels?
Most of our hotels offer double (one double bed) or twin (two single beds) rooms. If you are travelling with children you will need to avail of standard or family rooms, which can be requested when available through our booking line.

What can I do to make sure I can get the location and accommodation I want?
At any one time we have hundreds of offers available throughout Ireland. If you use the website, simply key in your preferred dates and you will be presented with options. Offers change every single day of the week, but the earlier you more options you will have available to you.

Can I book Bank Holidays or special event periods?
Yes, although these are very busy times for hotels and it is difficult to guarantee such a discounted rate for these periods, we do secure availability and it is offered on the AXA Leisure Breaks website and through our booking line.

How do I know if the hotel has the facilities that I require (leisure centre, baby sitting etc)?
The website will provide you with the information on the hotel facilities through descriptions and the use of symbols. However, if it is unclear you can contact our booking line and our agents will be happy to help you.

How can I make a change to my AXA Leisure Break booking?
You can view or cancel your booking online using the My Booking function. For any other changes, please phone us on our booking line.

What are the Terms and Conditions for an AXA Leisure Break?
