We have been advised by Loyaltybuild, the company that manages AXA Leisure Breaks on our behalf, that its system may have been compromised by a third party. Loyaltybuild is currently reviewing the security of personal and payment card information held on their booking system.
The protection of our customers’ information is an absolute priority for us at all times and as yet there is no information to suggest that any data has been obtained. However as a precautionary measure we are advising anyone who has booked an AXA Leisure Break to review their accounts and report any unusual activity or unsolicited communication relating to this issue to their financial institution.
This issue is exclusive to AXA Leisure Breaks. Please note that all other AXA websites and all other customer transactions by payment card are unaffected. The only breach of data security relates to data collected and held by Loyaltybuild.
The AXA Leisure Breaks booking system will remain off-line, pending a thorough investigation of the Loyaltybuild system.
